Even the garbage truck market has a dominant leader and Autocar is it. Hands down the best refuse hauler, this company is iconic in their industry—as they were one of the very first trucks. The problem was there were too many markets which had no direct experience with the Autocar brand and consequently knew very little about the many innovative product features they led the industry with.

But all too often, the truck needs to be customized AFTER you bought it. It is very common to buy a new garbage truck and then have your mechanics tear it apart to customize it for your needs.That seemed pretty stupid to Autocar. So, they built a truck which came exactly the way you needed it, the day you bought it.
