You’ll be integral to developing and executing strategies aimed at bringing in new business opportunities, managing client onboarding processes, and ensuring seamless project delivery from the start of the pitch to execution. As a key player in our business development efforts, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to position our agency’s services, build strong relationships with prospective clients, and drive results that contribute to the agency's growth. - Project Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of new business projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time. This includes creating internal trackers, scheduling statuses/client meetings, and obtaining progress reports from internal teams. Monitor progress, address potential roadblocks, and provide status updates to internal stakeholders. Ensure the proper flow of information between teams and that all research/documents are saved in a sharable format for teams to access.
- New Business Development: Coordinate and manage the new business pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and strong project management of deliverables. Work closely with senior leadership to craft compelling proposals, pitch decks, and presentations tailored to client needs. Assist in conducting market and category research for prospective clients. Collaborate with the Account, Creative, Production, Media, and Strategy teams to help build proposals that effectively communicate the agency’s capabilities.
- Client Onboarding: Manage the initial stages of client relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding processes from contract signing to project kickoff. Work with senior leadership to facilitate the preparation of statements of work (SOWs) and project briefs that set clear expectations for deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1+ years of experience in project management, business development, or account management.
- Detail-oriented.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for innovation and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
Accountability
- Reports to: The Chief Marketing Officer
