Then perhaps you’d be the perfect addition at Two by Four. We’re looking for an Account Executive par Excellence, an all-knowing, all-seeing, all-out leader and resource. Someone invested in their clients’ businesses, from strategic insights to logistical project details. Our ideal AE will be organized, passionate, and collaborative, able to work with every department and deliver results. They’ll need the ability to roll with punches, adapt to a warp-speed environment, and deal with Whack-A-Mole-type daily challenges. Oh, and an understanding of great creative is a must. - Manage projects for assigned accounts and act as the day-to-day lead for clients.
- Participate in the development of marketing strategies
- Responsible for developing creative briefs, work and change orders, writing conference reports, and developing estimates and project timelines
- Ensure projects are executed on time, and within budget
- Support the Account Supervisor with managing workflow of all projects and day-to-day tasks
- Update status reports
- Schedule all necessary meetings
- Conduct research for clients as needed
- Keep the team updated on a regular bases
- Inform Account Supervisor of any potential concerns or issues on projects
- Develop relationships with internal and client teams
Qualifications
- Business Marketing degree (or equivalent experience) with strong knowledge of marketing principles
- Strong understanding/demonstration with PPT
- Understanding or familiarity with production elements such as radio and TV
- 2 years of relevant industry experience
- Think in an organized and strategic manner
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be extremely dependable, able to multi-task, and have a pleasant, enthusiastic personality
- A focus on detail, organization, and following process
- Flexible, efficient and accurate with the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Resourcefulness
- Skilled at managing both up and down
- Thrive in fast-paced environments
- Ability to prioritize work, problem solve, find solutions and remove roadblocks

- THIS IS A PREDOMINATELY A “WORK FROM THE OFFICE” JOB. While we currently offer “Work from Home Wednesdays”, this job requires that you work in our Chicago office Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
